THE TOP LAYER GIVES THE BEST VARNISH LAYDOWN It is made of PU that carries the varnish (coating) without attracting ink, so the coating is clear with no need to clean and slow the press
THE FILLER LAYER ENSURES CLEAN CUTTING AND STRIPPING It is made of polymers that cut and strip easily and without residues - nor bad smells
THE BASE LAYER ALLOWS FOR REPEATED USAGE It is made of PET, which is dimensionally very stable and does not stretch avoiding the risk to lose registration
