ELECROM STRETCH TS is designed to ease the printing of circuits, ensure the perfect bonding onto any kind of textile and grant track stability and consistent conductivity,

ELECROM STRETCH ENCAPSULATE is designed to seal and protect the printed circuit; it can also be used to print an additional circuit on top of the other, before adding the final protective sealing (using an additional sheet of Elecrom Encapsulate).
ELECROM STRETCH TS: elastic polyurethane film for printing electronic circuit
ELECROM STRETCH TS is the new high-stretch film for wearable electronics, available both white and transparent, that features unique properties thanks to its exclusive structure:
THE UPPER (PRINTABLE) SIDE is designed to facilitate the printing process: the matte surface prevents the film from sticking to the mesh; it is heat resistant well over 150 °, ensures high stretching properties and a good consistency of the conductive track.
THE LOWER (HEAT SEALABLE) SIDE activates at 150°C to bond with any type of textile
THE PROTECTION LINER is made with thermostabilized PET to provide a flat surface during printing and to prevent thermal shrinkage
ELECROM STRETCH ENCAPSULATE: elastic polyurethane film for electronic circuit encapsulation
ELECROM STRETCH ENCAPSULATE is the new high-stretch film for wearable electronics available in both white and transparent versions. It can be used either for the encapsulation of circuits printed on Elecrom stretch TS or as an additional layer printed with conductive inks
THE UPPER (PRINTABLE) SIDE is designed to match the characteristics of Elecrom stretch TS and perfectly laminate to it
THE LOWER (HEAT SEALABLE) SIDE,
• when used for encapsulation, its matte surface provides a soft hand feel to the finished circuit;
• when used for the printing of an additional circuit, it facilitates the printing process: the matte surface prevents the film from sticking to the mesh; it is heat resistant well over 150 °, ensures high stretching properties and a good consistency of the conductive track
THE PROTECTION LINER is made of silicone paper that facilitates manipulation throughout the process and is removed after the transfer onto the textile.
